A. It takes time to come back to normal stomach but some exercises and yoga asanas should be done like boat shape asana etc, u can browse tummy exercises after delivery in net.

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please take one bowl of salad before taking meals please do some exercise and yoga for one hour daily
