A. to reduce belly fat.. have warm lemon honey water.. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food oily, n sugary food. drink plenty of water n continue breast feeding ur child

A. to reduce mummy tummy you can start with exercises at 4-6 months of c section start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise gradually increase the intensity of exercise restrict sugar and sweet intake
