Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should fbe avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of gliquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

You should start using maternity better regularly it will help in giving a proper shape to your tummy. You have to use of belt regularly for better results and use it at least for next 6 to 8 months. Rather than this one is your baby turned six months old and you can start doing yoga
