anyone please suggest some exercise to reduce mummy tummy

A. gym n yoga. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

A. Hi mom To reduce the belly fat start with the exercise. Do yoga. surya namaskar aasan will help to reduce the belly fat. U can also do cycling jogging dance gym etc . Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk food and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat
