NehaMom of a 4 yr 10 m old girl2 years agoA. I have twins of the same age and they are 10kgs. Their weight is just not increasing :(

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi if they gain weight around 14 to 17 kg no need to worry. but if they weigh low , give starch , protine , energy dense food items like boiled potato , sweet potato,sago , paneer, soya, banana, apple, papaya etc to your child.
