Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal mashed potatoes etc
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetables in different shape colours pattern
Wash hands often before touching your baby
