I hv twins baby.. know weight 12.5 .. my baby is not gaining weight why?

You should check with your doctors why your kids are not gaining weight either your child may not be eating well or your kids could be having nutritional deficiency which is why the weight gain is not happening so if required kindly take an advice with your paediatrician on this
