NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you cannot expect any increase in the weight now and since the babies are twins the weight can just be average and you can notice gain after a month and of the babies are gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain
