You may have lactation amenorrhea
No need to worry
Its all normal and common due to hormone changes
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Many women get periods after one year or more
