#asktheexpert my lower tummy has involuted after mmy c section before 28 days where as my upper tummy is little big, what could be the reason and how to fix this

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Lot of women can have these tummy issues after their delivery so you can go for a workout if you are physically fit to get it done check with your doctor tell you the right exercises that you can follow up
