Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental strength. Eat well, balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while you breastfeed your baby. Good luck and take care.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl5 months agoA. Start with minimum time in exercise and gradually increase the time and take more breathing exercise. If you are breast feeding mother continue till two years, if you stop this your body weight increase further. Take high calorific value foods in limited quantity.
