NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. After pregnancy, the estrogen levels come down to normal, and the hair cycle comes out of the resting phase, leading to postpartum hair loss. Hair fall after delivery is known as 'Telogen Effluvium' and usually persists for three to six months after delivery.
