#asktheexpert Hello doctor. After my delivery (normal in May 2021) Iam losing hair at an alarming rate. My gynec in my initial appointment post delivery suggested that it wil get better after a few days. I am still facing the issue. Please guide.

Who doesn’t get better on its own you have to take proper care of your hair as postpartum hair fall is very very common so you should apply this onion coconut oil that you can prepare at home you can also apply onion fries into your scalp keep it for half an hour and wash make these things in a routine routine and you know so it helps in rejuvenating hair growth will avoid hair breakage and also take iron and omega three supplement
