#asktheexperts hi..I delivered last year in September only. three months after the delivery I started having hairfall and ever since then it's increasing at an alarming rate. how to deal with it as I am really concerned now.

A. Hi parent please use mild ayurvedic shampoo you can use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair you can apply aloevera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week please give daily sun light exposure
