A. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day and vitamin d weekly for three months. give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

A. After delivery hairfall is a common problem, do not treat it with harmful chemicals rich products. Based on my personal experience I suggest you try mamaearth rosemary hair oil and mamaearth rosemary hair shampoo. Treat your hair with these products at least twice in a week for desired results. Give it a try.

I’d advise you to go ahead with using onion and coconut oil you can very well prepared at home yourself otherwise if you want you can definitely go ahead with the taking of the brand a mamma earth because mamma earth has a very good oil product which is based on onion and coconut also you can go for that as well if you want to it’s a very good choice to work over for sureWrite Your Answer Here
