#AskTheExpert my daughter is over weight, what diet schedule and exercise should I follow for her

A. hi first thing , make changes in her diet give food items like salad , sprouts,oats, fruits ,soups etc more avoid giving outside food. keep her well hydrated. encourage her to do more physical activities. for example dancing don't let her sit for long period at same place.
