A. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions. if you feel that the child is having soxme difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cacvity as well as the respiratory tract. the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .

A. That is because of the cold that your child is having you already mentioning it so what you do is put nasal drops into the nose of your child for easy breathing and also you can give steam to the child indirectly two or three times in the day that is also going to be very beneficial
