A. hi mom try to include proteins in most of the meals like dals. eggs, chicken or paneer, soya. tofu , curds include walnuts, almonds, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits limit sugary foods and fried foods

A. hi mom, eat well include whole grains, leafy vegetables in your meal. keep your baby hydrated, avoid sport activities which could be dangerous. don't stress your body by working hard till you enter into third trimester.in third trimester u have to be careful and be active for easy and safe delivery.
