#AskTheExpert My 2 yr old son eats 2 type of fruits and 2 meals(like one time khichdi and second time oats/wheat porridge/ragi) and 2 times milk. Is it enough at his age or Do I have to increase any meal?

A. A 2 year old child should eat atleast 3 main meals, 1-2 times healthy snacks and 2-3 times milk for healthy growth and development. You need to increase the intake of solid foods now as growing children need more nutrition as they remain very active throughout the day.
