#asktheexpert my son is 2 yr 2 months old... he eats oats mostly in his breakfast masala and normal oats and in lunch and dinner he eats whatever we all eats so thr is any issue in this

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 months agoA. Hello mam, no doubt that all sounds good and healthy and a complete Variety in my diet of vegetables, fruits, milk, curd, Paneer. Every thing is required for the proper growth and development. If it is possible then you can give eggs and chicken as well
