#AskTheExpert mam mere 5week chal rha h... m kya kya kha skti hu fruit me... nd mera fst pregnancy me mere baby me growth nhi ki thi.. to plzz mam btaye m kya kya krskti hu jisse abki bar kuch asa na ho... plzz suggest

A. You can eat all seasonal fruits like apple pear Chikoo mangoes in moderation include beetroot in salads and have dal sabzi roti abd rice as a complete balanced meal and incited sprouts in diet
