#AskTheExpert Mam It will be 2 months now I have ceasearean section.I am having lot of constipation problem.I am taking Ducloc and applying coconut oil on the area and while having motion It pains very badly. Please help.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening you may continue doing both the things and apart from that I would also recommend you to try one more remedy that is you should try to have 20 munakka soaked in water overnight everyday
