Constipation can be seen but heavy bleeding should not be there because the bleeding usually stays for 30 to 40 days for Women you haven’t mentioned for how long did you have it or you have started resuming with your period what is the situation so currently what you are facing you should talk to your gynaecologist regarding it she advised with some medicine to control your heavy bleeding
