my c section has been 1 year can I do heavy exercise

A. Hi, Yes! You can do exercises. Start with first each steps then gradually towards tough ones. Still don't do such exercises which may cause hurt in tummy side. Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
