#asktheexpert is it safe to apply almond oil for oil bath to reduce skin dryness

A. yes its good.. use only sweet almond oil. Massaging the baby with oil is a very healthy practice, followed by bathing with luke warm water after massaging . take care.

A. The fatty acids in Sweet Almond oil help the skin retain moisture while the Vitamin E soothes irritation caused by dryness. The zinc content of the oil helps smoothen rough, calloused skin.
