#AskTheExpert I was 75 kgs before pregnancy.. I gave born to twin babies.. now my weight is 66 kgs.. how to reduce my weight of more 3 or 4 kgs.. or to maintain weight stability

A. Hi mom, would advise to follow a healthy and balanced diet with variety of homecooked foods. include whole grains and millets, dals, pulses and sprouts, milk and milk products, variety of fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water for hydration. add small mid-meals after every 2 hours and regularize your meal timings. avoid outside processed and junk foods, refined flour, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats,. you can start with walk, yoga or exercises.

A. Hi dear mom To maintain the weight stability, avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Maintain the daily walk routine for 30 minutes. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body take care
