Q.

I delivered a baby 6 months ago. My weight before pregnancy was 60 post pregnancy iam 75 kgs, still putting on weight. how can i control this condition

A. Write Your Answer Here If you start giving solids to your baby then you can start doing portion control along with that you can also do exercise for at least 45 minutes a day

A. Hi once your stop feeding you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
