Q.

Hello.. i Delivered a baby girl last year in august b4 pregnancy my weight was 67 kgs. now my weight is 85 kgs. i want to loose upto 20 kgs.

A. Dear mum, losing of pregnancy weight takes time and consistent efforts. So, be patient. Eat mindfully, avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. You should have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
