Hi ma’am So go ahead with work out and I think if you want to lose on your weight that’s the only way to lose on the weight in a proportionate manner so if you want you can consult a nutritionist or a dieter doctor for a dieting then go ahead with dieting and exercise of your own choice whatever you really like in enjoy doing
