A. start brisk walking, yoga diet moderation reduce junk oily sweet goods increase fibre intake take jowar as cereal preferably drink green tea. .

A. See if you have had a normal delivery then you can go for basic yoga exercises and also running and jogging whatever you want to do but no dieting till the time you are exclusively breastfeeding the child and if you had a C-section than basic walking you can do but exercise is only after 9 to 10 months of your delivery once your internal stitches heal completelyWrite Your Answer Here
