#AskTheExpert I have excessive swelling in my palms and my BP is normal.. Every morning I wake up I see the swelling is getting only worse and only my palms are super warm. Is there a reason to why this happens?!

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
