#asktheexpert I have c section on April 21 from which month I can start my workouts

A. Dear Mother three month onwards when you feel that you are healthy enough to start with the exercises you can start building your stamina by having a brisk walk of at least 30 to 45 minutes this will help maintain stamina and then you can you shift on to other exercisesWrite Your Answer Here
