U Can I actually start doing it after 8 to 9 months of delivery completely you can go ahead with any kind of time for you to go ahead with your exercises and that would be the correct time and also Before you take the decision of working out and I think you please consult your gynaecologist for a thumbs up that as you’re such a heel to go ahead with any kind of workout
