#AskTheExpert i have C-section on 20 th January.when from i can start yoga/ freehand exercise and diet??

A. Write Your Answer Here Kindly don’t be in a hurry to lose weight and let your body heal from all the surgery and pregnancy trauma. Once you complete six months after surgery you can do all sorts of exercises provided your post operative period Was uneventful . After eight weeks of surgery you can do brisk walking

A. Hi, after C-section you need to take minimum rest for 5 to 6 months. After six months of completion you can start with slow walking and yoga. Yoga is a best practice to get back into shape and tighten your skin post delivery. Please take adequate rest and take a healthy diet like fibre and calcium rich food, and take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is very important as a breastfeeding mom. Expose yourself to sunlight for about 15 to 20 minutes in a day.Write Your Answer Here
