#AskTheExpert I delivered baby boy on March 20th through C Section, May know when can I start workouts to reduce my weight? can I do walking and stair case climbing for now?

A. Dear mum, after c section, a resting period of 6 weeks is recommended. After 6 weeks, please consult your doctor to check how your wounds have healed and based on doctor’s advice, you can start with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga. Strenuous exercises can be done few weeks after starting the basic exercises.
