#AskTheExpert I am the mother of twins 3.5 years , both of them got the habit of spitting. They keep doing throughout the day. I have tried lot of way to distract them but I m still not successful. Any suggestions

A. try strict or reward ok. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat wella lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

You Try being strict with them try to say if you do they said I am not going to give you this thing I am not going to do this for you that’s how it is going to work but before you do anything you just have to keep telling your child that how awful this habit is and what are the desired effects of it make some side-effects and tell your child that this is how you know this will happen if you keep spitting like this
