hi doctor...my son is 5 years old...he has thumb sucking habit since months baby...how make him get rid of the habit

A. hi thumb sucking can be result of stress, anxiety or by habit so as child is having this habit first check if child is feeling well cared, comfortable and secured second, talk with your child regarding this,tell stories and give other comfort object like soft blanket ,soft toy etc
