#AskTheExpert I am taking shatavari through the milk twice a day. I take 2 tablespoons of shatavari in one glass of milk daily.now baby has completed 3.5 months. Can I stop taking shatavari now onwards?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom If ur breast feed is sufficient now, then yes u can stop having shatavari. The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
