#AskTheExpert i have less supply of breast milk. i drink twice a day full glass of milk with " shatavari kalpa ( 2 spoon each time ) " and eat healthy home made food . yet the milk is in medium quantity. till night my milk is almost finished.. and can't feed baby till her tummy is full.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue taking shatavari kalp also take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
