A. actually these all type of things are just of little importance the most important thing is take a healthy diet with plenty of liquids and high fibre like green vegetables fruits salad and also you should make a proper attachment of the baby while doing breastfeeding

See There is no hundred percent guarantee if you have these things in your milk is going to increase it can take about a week also sometimes to increase the milk but like I said there is no guarantee that your lactation is going to increase after having these medicines so there is no certainty as such
