#asktheexpert I am going through post pregnancy hairloss. My hairs are falling like crazy. Please suggest some multivitamins and tips to combat PP hairloss.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..have ell balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits..avoid stress..apply onion juice on your scalp and wash it later..massage warm coconut oil on your scalp atleast twice a week. have adequate sleep and well balanced meal
