There is no specific thing called spot reduction so u need to improve overall diet and include physical exercise in your routine to reduce body fat
Include proteins in every meals
Start your meal with salad and chia seed water
Reduce the intake of sugar, sugary drinks, bakery products, fried and high salt food, sweets in your diet completely
Water 2-4 litre of water every day
Walking along with floor exercise will help u to reduce lower body
