Q.

#AskTheExpert how to reduce weight after delivery..am not getting time from work and baby for workout. what and how should I do .??

A. Dear mum, in addition to a healthy diet, you will have to find out time for exercising. You should exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle. Eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
