A. hello Try to add nutritious foods like egg whites, pulses, Dal's , skim milk, curd, Vegetables, fruits, nuts Avoid junk, sugary, sweet, bakery products Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast. start with brisk walking, then slowly move to strength training exercises
