A. Hello dear parent, you must eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises. You can do crunches as well.
