#asktheexpert How do I reduce my weight back to pre-pregnancy weight? Is it possible while breeastfeeding to exercise and diet? Will these both affect feeding and milk supply?

A. dear Mum give some time to your body to recover patiently and consistently you can achieve weight loss do not go for drastic dieting your nutrition needs for breastfeeding are high but avoid excess salt sugar fat intake avoid process packaged foods eat healthy exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months and continued breastfeeding till 2 years help
