A. hi mom to reduce your tummy and weight u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar foods and do yoga brisk walk cycling etc

A. Hi mom Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga cycling jogging etc to reduce your belly fat
