buy some activity and board books and let Child slowly develop habit of learning.
you can start from body parts..
colors.. fruits and vegetables names etc and family

See Add this is normally kids are into nursery standard only or other play group I would say so they introduce most of the time shapes colours and alphabets to the child just for remembering purpose memorising the shapes and all if it is okay with you you can buy cutout voice board books and you can search online the kind of material that is appropriate for nursery so you should just buy that and try to teach a child with that
