A. see yiy needs to exercises more and eat less.taje kids of fruit and vegetables.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. Hi dear mom To reduce the belly fat u can do any of exercise according to your comfort. U can do zumba, cycling, jogging, walk, yoga, etc. U can also give do abs and crunches. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat.
