#AskTheExpert Hi mam how long I should not lift weights after c section

A. it is already 7 months every since every Cesarean section there is no problem you can lift moderate weights but must be careful while lifting the weights not to sign on the abdominal muscles

A. For At least 3 to 6 months you should avoid lifting any kind of heavy weight because it can affect the stitches which is why it is said that specially when you have had a C-section you should not sit on floor you should avoid doing these exercises you know for the time being and we should also not be lifted
